Article 25 – Training
Section 1.
The University shall provide training necessary to fulfill ASE duties.
Section 2.
All training shall be considered as part of the required workload.
Section 3.
The content and delivery of training is reserved to and determined by the University.
Section 4.
The Union-Management Committee shall make recommendations to the University to address overlapping or insufficient training concerns brought to its attention by ASEs.
