Biennial Steward Election
All UAW Local 4121 members in good standing continuously for ninety (90) days prior to accepting nomination are automatically nominated for the following steward positions whose terms expire in December 2016:
- Region 1: Eight positions
- Region 2: Eight positions
- Region 3: Eight positions
- Region 4: Eight positions
- Region 5: Eight positions

Executive Board Vacancy Election All UAW Local 4121 members in good standing for at least one (1) year prior to accepting nomination are automatically nominated to complete the term for the following Executive Board office whose three-year term expires in June 2016:
- Trustee (2 positions open)
Accepting Nomination
To accept nomination for one of the specified positions, you must send your acceptance in writing to the Elections Committee at:

Acceptances must be received by mail or email no later than Nov. 17at 5:00 pm. The written statement of acceptance should state how the nominee wishes his or her name to appear on the ballot and for those accepting nomination for steward positions, the region in which they are accepting the nomination.
Candidate Statements
Members accepting nomination may also submit a candidate statement (up to 500 words) that must be received by the nomination deadline of Nov. 17 at 5:00 pm to the above address. In the case of contested positions, statements will be posted on the Local Union website no later than Nov. 18.
Election Dates The election will take place on Dec. 1 – 3. A link for online voting will be sent to members via email. In-person voting will take place at Drumheller Fountain on Dec. 1 and 2 from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Dec. 3 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Online voting will be available from 9:00 am Dec. 1 to 4:00 pm Dec. 3.
A run-off election, if necessary, will be held on Dec. 4. Voting will take place online, and at Drumheller Fountain from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
