At-Large Bargaining Team Election
All UAW Local 4121 members in good standing continuously for ninety (90) days prior to accepting nomination are automatically nominated for the following at-large Bargaining Team positions whose terms expire in May 2016:

Accepting Nomination
Members may only accept nomination in one jurisdictional region. Members may only accept nomination in a jurisdictional region in which they are enrolled or employed. To accept nomination for one of the specified positions, you must send your acceptance in writing to the Elections Committee at:

Acceptances must be received by mail or email no later than Feb. 12 at 5:00 pm. The written statement of acceptance should state how the nominee wishes their name to appear on the ballot and the region in which they are accepting the nomination.
CANDIDATE STATEMENTS
Members accepting nomination may also submit a candidate statement (up to 500 words) that must be received by the nomination deadline of Feb. 12 at 5:00 pm to the above address. In the case of contested positions, statements will be posted on the Local Union website no later than Feb. 13.
Election Dates
The election will take place on Mar. 2 – 3. A link for online voting will be sent to members via email. In-person voting will take place at Drumheller Fountain on Mar 2. from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Mar. 3 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Online voting will be available from 10:00 am Mar. 2 to 4:00 pm Mar. 3. Members from all regions will vote on all at-large positions.
A run-off election, if necessary, will be held on Mar. 4. Voting will take place online, and at Drumheller Fountain from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
