Our next regular monthly membership meeting will take place next Thursday, May 12th at 5:30 p.m. in EEB 105.
Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and check in will be conducted in the foyer adjacent to the meeting room. Members’ names will be cross-checked against a membership list, and people who are eligible for membership but have not yet filled out a membership election form may do so at the door. Please note that only union members in good standing will be permitted to participate in meeting action item and votes.
The tentative proposed agenda is as follows:
1) Approve Agenda
2) Approve Minutes
3) Election Committee Report
4) Campaign to End UW Dependence on Fees
5) Report on Divestment campaigns (including Prison Divestment)
6) Work group reports
7) Contract Enforcement (Fee-Based Programs; Trans* Equity; ASE Positions)
8) Adjourn
Any member who would like to propose additional agenda items or submit materials for the meeting is welcome to emailuaw4121@uaw4121.org by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 11th.
