Our May regular membership meeting will take place on Thursday, May 23rd,at 3:00 p.m. in Mueller 154. We’ll continue to discuss efforts by members to enforce our collective bargaining agreement (issues with tuition/fee waivers and reimbursements, health and safety issues, ASEs employed in the Law School, and more) and will also provide updates about how members can stay involved in major initiatives in Congress and the Legislature that affect Academic Student Employees – namely comprehensive immigration reform and budget negotiations. All members in good standing may attend, and as always children are more than welcome.
