Who We Are

The Microaggressions Working Group seeks to empower and protect ASEs against microaggressions and implicit bias on campus. In particular, our work is framed by the understanding that because microaggressions and implicit bias both manifest and perpetuate institutionalized oppressions, they cannot be effectively addressed without an institutional approach.
