Bargaining Update
Our contract expires in 19 days! Your support will help move the university administration to agree to fair and effective contract protections from discrimination and harassment. If you haven’t already, please sign onto our equity petition here!

Quick updates from today’s negotiations:
- The UW continues to refuse to codify interim measures into our contract. These measures outline protections for student employees who come forward with a complaint of harassment.
- The UW refuses to allow ASEs to have an equal role in developing new anti-harassment trainings.
- The UW refuses to pay ASEs to attend anti-harassment safety trainings, even though ASEs are paid for attending lab and field work safety trainings.
