Ratifying the IBDs is the first step towards winning the strong contract we deserve. Postdocs are fighting for issues including fair and just compensation, protection for the 40% of UW Postdocs who are international, equity for Postdocs on fellowships, and more. UW only takes us seriously when we have participation from a majority of Postdocs — can you help us win by taking 30 seconds to ratify the IBDs today?
