To resign your membership and cancel your dues, please reach out to your department steward. Your department steward can be found here: www.uaw4121.org/about/leadership/
If your department does not currently have a steward, please reach out to any member of the executive board or unit leadership, or send an email to uaw4121@uaw4121.org.
Then, please mail a signed and dated statement following the template below to the office via first class mail (not certified mail), or drop it in the office mail slot. It can be handwritten or typed, the important thing is for it to have a real signature and date. The office mailing address is:
